The MBE Capital Call™ is a national initiative to foster equity investment (equity grants, private equity, and venture capital) in Minority Business Enterprises by matching entrepreneurial teams building defensible, market-leading companies with active, accredited investors.  The goals of MBE Capital Call™ are to connect MBEs and capital, to educate minority business owners about private equity and venture capital, and to enable minority business owners to realize their vision and grow their companies to scale.

It takes a highly motivated, dedicated team to build a successful business.  That's why MBE Capital Call™ is committed to forming strong synergies with investors and intermediaries in the business development process to enable MBEs to build the kind of businesses that create jobs and stimulate economic growth in our communities.  MBE Capital Call™ is a collaboration between MBE Capital Connect™, The MBE Empowerment Fund™, and an assortment of accredited investors, leading universities, and technical service providers.

Since 2005, the MBE Capital Call™ initiative has enabled attending MBEs to raise capital, connect with like-minded entrepreneurs from diverse business segments and regions of the country, enhance their business exposure, and develop profitable, strategic partnerships to grow their business to scale.
